Fo-toe-shop.

I have this habit of sketching with pen instead of pencil. I had this particular pen sketch in my sketchbook for a couple months now and knew I would upload it soon, but I also knew I was eventually gonna need something in color. Digitally colored. I snapped a picture of this sketch and messed with it for a little bit in Photoshop Essentials. I look forward to messing with more sketches in the future.

Colored sketches. About time!

So I finally started experimenting with Photoshop. I found a lot of old work and decided to add some color to it. This condor-bat was sketched in pencil, then colored on another layer. It was basically a two layer challenge.

This wil probably go into a different category, but it was the design for the kangaroo from my junior film 'Hoping to Hop.' The film never saw the color stage, so this was just a guess at what the color would have looked like. Maybe.
The rest of these are sketches done with a regular ol' ink pen. Some of them are partially cleaned, but I like the overall roughness to them.

Little girl design!

Super rough conceptual drawings for a potential illustration job. Hope I get it! ... Yeah, I draw people sometimes. Every blue moon when the clock strikes thirteen.

Old sketches!

Not too old, but whatever. Back when I thought rabbits were awesome. They still are.

Digital Sketch Works

A few small digital sketches I did in my spare time. I use Corel Painter Essentials 4, which came with the tablet I bought.

Drawing whatever I can draw.

I bought a Wacom Bamboo tablet a couple of months ago and had myself a ball toying around with it. I did this for a friend, and I guess it's my first completed digital drawing. The rest are sketches, but I'll upload those too.
